Blue Kitty Designs?
One and the same! I went through a bit of a mental identity crisis at the beginning of the year. As my recent customers know, the products have been labeled "Katie Fleck Designs" for quite a while now. You'll still receive the same great products and service under the new name!
Shipping
I ship using the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail or First Class depending on the weight of the items. I will ship Express Mail, contact me for prices. I do ship internationally! I use First Class International mail through the US Postal Service which usually takes one to two weeks.
Customer Satisfaction
I guarantee my work 100% and if for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please contact me and I'll make it right. All items are hand crafted by me in my smoke-free/pet-free home. If you're allergic to children, I can't really help you with that.
The Crafting
I knit, sew, quilt, and scrapbook. And at any give time, I'm doing some odd combination of all of them. (Don't believe me? Check out my sister's Christmas gift). The kids and my husband are very tolerant of my madness work as I've taken over the family room with my knitting, the front room with my sewing/quilting, and the dining room with my scrapbooking.
